The staff at Vein Specialists Institute in Palm Desert is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and affordable nonsurgical solutions for patients with vein problems, wrinkles, aging, sun-damaged skin, and unwanted body fat. Kenneth Jesser, M.D., a graduate of Johns Hopkins Medical School, has practiced continuously in the desert since 1988. A double board-certified internist and emergency physician, he is also a board-certified vein specialist by the American Board of Phlebology and a member of the Eisenhower Medical Center medical staff. Dr. Jesser is nationally recognized for his expertise and quality of care for patients with cosmetic and medical vein problems.
YVETTE ORTIZ, RN
REGISTERED NURSE
Yvette Ortiz has been a great asset to the care of our patients since 2004. Her professional career currently includes being on staff as a Cardio-Vascular Nurse at Eisenhower Medical Center as well as a former trainer for Syneron (elōs), a leading laser company for aesthetic laser medicine. In addition, she has trained with prominent plastic surgeons in the art of cosmetic injectables. Under the direction of Dr. Kenneth Jesser, she also specializes in treatments with dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane), neurotoxins (Botox), IPL facial rejuvenation, ReFirme, Matrix IR, and Laser Hair Removal. She combines her great aesthetic sense with a gentle touch providing patients with a positive experience and natural results.
